First Year Work
My first-year work focused on integrating character design and environment modeling through a strict first-person perspective. I designed a protagonist's world by creating 3D models of their immediate surroundings, carefully scaling props relative to the character's eye level for maximum immersion. My figure drawing emphasized extreme foreshortening and the study of hands and tools as they appeared in the foreground, directly addressing the challenge of anatomy viewed from the character's own eyes. The overall goal was a cohesive, tangible sense of presence.
